When you generate a cover letter on LetterPilot AI, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, publish, submit, and distribute that letter for your own personal job application processes. We do not assert any copyright ownership over the letters generated from your specific inputs.
3. Prohibited Conduct and Abuse Policy
You agree not to use the service to:
- Submit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful content.
- Execute automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or programmatic requests against our API without written consent.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass our IP-based rate limiting mechanisms (maximum 5 requests per IP per day).
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the underlying source code or system prompts of our services.
- Resell, white-label, or commercialize the generator service to third parties.
